First week back- I see porridge!

Our book of the week is Goldilocks and the three Bears. The children have loved taking on the roles of the three bears and acting out the story using masks and other role play props. Also the children have been fascinated with the porridge oats. They have explored pouring and filling the porridge into three different sized bowls, from the story. They have talked about which bear gets more porridge and which bear gets the least porridge. We have began to discuss why the bears need and get different amounts of porridge.
