The children have loved making and eating their own pancakes. The children followed a recipe book we had found in the classroom and looked at the pictures together. We cracked the eggs, poured in the milk carefully, sprinkled in the flour and took it turns to whisk the mixture together. The children were very careful and enjoyed watching the pancake cook. We then shared eating the pancakes during our snack time. We have enjoyed talking about our favourite toppings.
