This week is culture week! The children went on a airplane in our classroom. The children had their own passports which they have been busy collecting lots of stamps in for doing lots of learning in the classroom. We watched a video of what it’s like to travel on an airplane. The children talked about their own experiences such as going to Manchester airport and holidays they have been to. We talked about why we need to travel by airplane and looked at maps and Atlases to find different countries. The children enjoyed having their snack time on the airplane and have carried on the learning throughout the week.
